I’ve gotten new routers and a new cable modem, and it affects both of my computers, so I’m pretty sure it’s Comcast at this point. I’m not that far away from Marco (I’m in Boerum Hill), have the same “Turbo” package from Time Warner that he speaks of, and I got these similar results: Download: 11.48Mbps Upload: 0.72 Mbps And no, dalas, it’s not always consistent for me…I hate TWC.
