brieflynoted: Alan Alley’s Video at 207 W. 9th Ave (btw. 22nd and 23rd). This place is my go to when I can’t find something on Netflix or simply don’t want to wait around for a delivery. It may look messy, but it’s actually pretty well organized considering the depth of their film library. The staff is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a recommendation they can easily offer up a dozen or so ideas. I just picked up Salvador and Platoon to finish up my 3 films, 1 director, 1 week project. I watched Any Given Sunday last night, but I’ll save my comments for the round-up. This place sounds awesome. Looking forward to your round-up!
